Estimator / CAD & Manufacturing Project Manager Selvaggio Steel is looking to hire an Estimator / CAD & Manufacturing Project Manager. This job is 3D Modeling and CAD orientated and specifically geared to someone who can communicate with clients and get the job done without supervision. Selvaggio Steel uses State of the Art shop equipment and Office technology to model buildings, put fabrication information into the manufacturing plant and deliver quality steel products to clients.You must be able to multi-task, and you need to enjoy working out problems and communicating with construction clients.We as a company are proud of the work we do in the community, and when you see Selvaggio Steel on a building, you know the workwas completed by professionals in both the fabrication shop and the management office.Salary: $65,000 - $75,000Full-time Springfield office work mandatory.Must have:--- Willing to contribute and grow with our well respected organization--- Experience with architectural and/or engineering drawings--- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT 3D modeling--- Proficient with computers and engineering math (Trig.)Estimator / Project Management Responsibilities:--- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, architects and production staff.--- Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates and/or manufacturing drawings--- Using computer software to calculate cost estimates or document the fabrication process--- Good verbal and written communication skills--- Good project management and advanced analytical skills--- Can follow through without direct supervisionSalary:Annual base salary range for this position starts at $65,000 to $75,000.
