Summary

• Hybrid in Springfield, IL, 3 days/week on-site, 2 days/week remoteThe Market Director-Foundation leads all assigned market fundraising functions on behalf of the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis Foundation (HSSFF). Plans and executes all market strategies to accomplish annual goals through the management of major gift functions, annual giving programs, and a yearly calendar of events. Develops an overall plan and direction for major donor activities with an associated work plan detailing short and long-term goals, specific action steps and deliverables, and a process for monitoring and evaluating the success of the major gifts program. Accountable leader in partnership with Market CEO/COO and Ministry CAOs in order to define and affirm market fundraising campaigns and fundraising priorities. Manages entire market-Foundation team to achieve annual expectations.QualificationsEducation QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, finance or related field is required. Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, finance or related field is preferred.Experience Qualifications5 to 7 years progressively more responsible leadership experience, or equivalent, required.Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience is required.Experience in fundraising, public relations and/or marketing is preferred.OverviewThroughout communities in Illinois and Wisconsin, 13 hospitals, numerous community-based health centers and clinics, our 13,000+ colleagues have built a culture based on our solid core values of respect, care, competence, and joy.
