  • Position / Specialty: Medical Surgical RN.
  • Shift: 3x12 Nights (1800-0630).
  • Avg. Daily Census: 35.
  • Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required.
  • First-timers accepted: No.
  • Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend.
  • Is on-call REQ? No.
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed per department needs.
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
  • Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
  • Must have active IL license or be in application process with ETA to apply.
  • RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.

    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years' experience required.
    • Med/Surg experience required.
    • Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response experience: Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams.
    • Required Gastrointestinal Case Skills/Experience: Colostomy Care, Feeding tube care and management.
    • Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure.
    • Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
    • Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin, Insulin, PCA.
    • Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Tracheostomy Management.
    • Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.
    • Cerner experience required.
      • Schedule Information

          • Physical Exam, Fit Mask, Negative TB or Chest X-Ray, TB Questionnaire required.
          • Vaccination details for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Flu Seasonal, and Drug Testing specifics provided.
