Coverage Needed

As soon as credentialed - ongoing Schedule
- Must be willing to work full time
- Monday - Friday
  - 8am - 5pm Clinical Details
    - Office Based
    - See 12 patients per day minimum and ideally more if able
    - Number of Physicians in Department: 3 physicians, 1 NP
    - Patient Population Mix: Adults Requirements
      - Cardiology experience - Preferred
      - Active IL License
      - Proof of Covid Vaccine
      - Local candidates - Preferred EMR
        
        Epic
