Adult, Adolescent




Average Number of Cases per day
(patients,
inpatients, follow-ups, etc.):--


35 clinic visits per clinic day
20 cataract cases per OR day




Description of support staff:


RN, CMA, OA, PSR, Surgery Scheduler




Locum Tenens work and call schedule:


Clinic 4 days per week
OR 1 day per week
On-Call every 4th week




Procedures Required (types of
procedures to be performed by locum tenens provider not limited to the
following):


Required: Cataract
Surgery, Yag Capsulotomy (Cap), Yag Peripheral Iridotomy (PI), Selective
Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT), Botox injections.--

Preferred: Eyelid
surgeries




Travel, Accommodations, and Medical Malpractice are all covered.--
