Primary Care Outpatient Only Opportunity $293,500 Base Salary (full time), plus bonus structure $50K sign-on, $150K Student Loan Forgiveness Join a physician lead health system that prioritizes provider autonomy. Work at only one location (multiple location options)
1:2 physician to MA/LPN ratio for maximum assistance
APP support at all locations
Create your own schedule depending on your specific needs!
Average 18 PPD (for full time)
Tele nurse triage for call Live, work & play in Illinois
