• Certs REQ: BCPS, BLS, Board Certified, and State License required

  • Position / Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient
  • Shift: D/E/N - 5x8. Two primary shifts needed for 0700 - 1530 & 1430 - 2300
  • Years of experience REQ: Minimum 3 years
  • Open to 1-2yr exp with strong critical care/ED experience
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend REQ: Will work 8 weekends per contract
  • Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment

    • Minimum 3 years' experience required
    • Open to 1-2yr exp with strong critical care/ED experience
    • Inpatient / Acute care experience required
    • Required Dosing Skills/Experience: Anticoagulants, Cardiac dosing, etc
    • Pyxis experience required
    • Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist experience Required
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: D/E/N - 5x8
      • Primary shifts: 0700 - 1530 & 1430 - 2300
      • Weekend REQ: Will work 8 weekends per contract
      • Open to accommodating block schedule
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Scrub Color: Business casual or personal scrubs (any color)
        • Hospital scrubs provided when required
          • Additional Details
          • Locals accepted: Yes- no radius
          • IL state license required to apply OR must have active application
          • RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
