Contract: 4/25/16 to 4/24/17; will accept 6 months minimum**
$95/hr plus housing and transportation provided
M-F, 8-430
No call or weekends
12-16 patients per day
Outpatient Services
ANY state medical license
DEA required
Amer Heart Assoc: ACLS/BLS are required
