Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois.Job Description & Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: TravelHome Health experience required, including OASIS documentation, EMR proficiency, IV and Wound care, Phlebotomy, Catheter care.
  
  Schedule: Weekdays, will be in weekend/call/holiday rotation
  Call: 1-3 days of call (after hours) it would typically be 2 shifts per month
  
  RN would be responsible for completing 5-6 visits daily, or 25 per week.
  
  Up to 2 weeks of training with a preceptor is available.
