Maintains confidentiality of protected health information according to HIPAA, CFR 42, and state mental health laws. Processes correspondence and release of information requests. Monitors documentation for completeness and performs quality assurance activities. The position requires a customer friendly service orientation in a behavioral health setting utilizing the Robert Young Centers Trauma Informed Care Guiding Principles.Responsibilities:Preps and scans paper documents into the electronic health recordEnters notes on appropriate documents and formsEnters clinical data from the record into fields in the electronic health record, including diagnosis, Ohio scales, allergies, and substance historyProcesses Psychiatric evaluations and assigns appropriate ICD-10 code to recordEnters data into state required databases including Ohio ScalesQualifications:Education: High School graduation (or GED)*Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
