Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Attorney for their Writing
Team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed reviews and provide feedback on legal documents
such as recommendation letters and case briefs
Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for accuracy and
compliance with USCIS guidelines
Collaborate with team members to finalize documents and ensure
adherence to quality standards
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at
least one U.S. jurisdiction
2+ years of experience in immigration law with a focus on
writing-intensive case types
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal
writing
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote
team
Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, and
Slack
