A company is looking for a Trade Compliance Attorney to perform
product traceability audits of channel partners in various
jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product traceability audits of channel partners
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations in both sanctioned
and non-sanctioned jurisdictions
Provide expertise in trade compliance practices, particularly
within the life sciences or medical device sectors
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in global trade compliance practices and
regulations
Expertise in conducting trade compliance audits
Experience with multinational life sciences or medical device
manufacturers is preferred
Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities
independently
Relevant legal qualifications or certifications in trade
compliance
