Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with
statutory laws and verifying coverage
Establishes contact with all parties involved in claims and
evaluates/negotiates claims for settlement
Responds to inquiries from various stakeholders and maintains
knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims
handling or customer service experience
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and
Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred
Must obtain appropriate state licenses within specified
timeframes
