Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Resolution Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises Claims Resolution Analysts and Specialists, including
performance evaluations and workload balancing
Ensures compliance with client service level agreements and
financial requirements for the assigned team
Analyzes and resolves incomplete and escalated claims to improve
the Ready to Clear rate
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
2 years of supervisory experience required
Background in business process solutions and/or brokerage field
preferred
Proven ability to accept accountability for job performance
Experience in maintaining positive attitudes during periods of
change
