Key Responsibilities
Identify and diagnose productivity challenges within the Revenue
organization and develop impactful solutions
Create data-driven presentations and resources to enhance sales
productivity and align teams on initiatives
Establish metrics and feedback loops to improve the effectiveness
and adoption of productivity programs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in operations, biztech, or
enablement
Experience with Revenue tooling such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong,
and Gainsight
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable
insights
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to
operational excellence
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
