Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Associate to join their
Operational Servicing team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal teams and agency partners to resolve flagged
filings and post-inspection findings
Maintain accurate records of flagged filings and inspection
findings for audits and internal reviews
Support training efforts and identify process enhancements to
improve compliance efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of Underwriting experience
Experience with E&S insurance service and operations
Knowledge of compliance regulations in the surplus market
Experience in a compliance-related role, such as auditing or risk
management
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Salesforce, and Inscipher
(preferred)
