  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders
  • Write simple programs on your machine, make program edits and work with CNC programmers as needed to complete operations.
  • Read and interpret technical machining blueprints, drawings, CAD models, and sketches.
  • Understand and utilize GD&T terminology and techniques.
  • Uphold company standards on all production specifications, using tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and more to ensure appropriate tolerance and quality
  • Monitor and document quality, machine usage, production rates, productivity, and adherence to specifications
  • Diagnose machine issues, perform preventative and reactive maintenance as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
