As a Communications Specialist II, you will be responsible for:

Supporting our team in the management, coordination, and execution of a multitude of communications projects.
You will help ensure the quality and consistency of our communications efforts, and provide limited creative support, inclusive of story/article writing and proofing.
Communications project management; stakeholder engagement - this the main focus of this position. 60% of their time will be focused on communications project management.
Writing; simple templated design support
Quality assurance - proofing, fact-checking; stakeholder approvals
Supporting local photo and video shoots
Organizing shared digital creative assets
Coordinate metrics scorecard assembly
Keep team SharePoint sites organized and updated



Required Qualifications:

Great verbal and written communication skills required
Project management and organizational experience and skills required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Marketing Communications or Communications experience preferred



Education:

B A degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business is required



Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Location: Moline IL 61265

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days onsite/ 1 day remote each week

Shift: 1st shift



Pay range: $28/hr. to $31/hr.
