Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our employee communications team. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in the management, coordination, and execution of a multitude of communications projects. You will help ensure the quality and consistency of our communications efforts, and provide limited creative support, inclusive of story/article writing and proofing. Responsibilities:

Communications project management; stakeholder engagement - this the focus of this position. 60% of their time will be focused on communications project management.
Writing; simple templated design support
Quality assurance - proofing, fact-checking; stakeholder approvals
Supporting local photo and video shoots
Organizing shared digital creative assets
Coordinate metrics scorecard assembly
Keep team SharePoint sites organized and updated
Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Great verbal and written communication skills required
Project management and organizational experience and skills required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Marketing Communications or Communications experience preferred

Education:

A degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business is required

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $31.50/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
