Hi there! So glad we caught your attention! Williams Dedicated is adding Diesel Technician's to our talented Service team in Springfield, IL! Our technicians primarily focus on light repairs and preventative maintenance.

Shifts Available:

1st Shift - 8 - 4:30 pm

2nd Shift - 12 - 8:30 pm (+ shift differential)

Job Duties of a Diesel Technician:

Change oil, grease chassis, and perform inspections
Keep equipment available by completing preventive maintenance schedules and installing component and part upgrades
Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and identifying worn and damaged parts
Correct vehicle problems and make minor repairs as necessary

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License with acceptable safety record
Proven experience as a Diesel Technician
Knowledge of diesel maintenance
Proficiency in using hand tools (must have basic tools)
